Our FREE local collection and delivery service will SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY. We all lead very busy lives nowadays. It means you don’t have to make an appointment to see us, and then take time out of your busy day to come and visit our office.
If you are someone who views time as money, when you book the repair, it will take you 30 minutes to come and see us and 30 minutes to go back home (assuming you live locally).
Once the repair is done, it will also take you the same time to collect it from our office, inspect and take it back home. At the minimum, you are looking at 2 hours in total. This would be the same regardless of whichever repair business you used. Wouldn’t you prefer to spend that time doing something else?
As you can see, our FREE Collection and Delivery service makes it super convenient and does away with all that wasting of time. All you have to do is call us or contact us by completing our website form, and we will take care of the rest. You won’t even need to pack or label your device. We’ll come to your home or work and collect it as it is.
To make it even more convenient, you also don’t need to stay in for us. We will call or text you when we are on our way to collect. We will normally give you a one to two-hour window for collection.
As you can see, our service is effortless and easy to use.
MacBooks, iPads and iPhones in Zone 1
We will collect and deliver your MacBooks, iPads and iPhones for repair within Zone 1. By Zone 1, we mean, as defined by the London Underground, please see maps below. It is a fairly sizeable area.
iMacs in Zone 1
We charge to collect and deliver iMacs, as they are large desktop machines and you cannot put them on a scooter/motorbike/bicycle, so we have to hire a car to collect them. We substantially discount the collection charge. The cost will depend on your location or post code. Please contact us with your address for us to confirm the iMac collection and delivery charges.
Zone 2 Collection and Delivery
We will also collect and deliver for FREE in some parts of Zone 2. However, please contact us with your address to confirm if any collection and delivery charges will apply.
All Other Areas in London and Nationwide
We can collect and deliver outside of Zone 2 and anywhere in the UK. Collection from outside of London is typically the next working day. And we charge a discounted collection and delivery charge. It’s normally about £8 each way as long as you don’t need full insurance. Also, unlike Central London collections, nationwide collections need to be packed and labelled. If you have a printer at home, then we will normally email you printable prepaid labels. And if you don’t have a printer, we can give you an alternative option.
