I had a fantastic positive experience with this service. Ryan was extremely helpful and acted with promptness. I tried many things do sort the problem with my laptop and I thought there was no solution around, and he was able to sort it in an afternoon. He was prompt with his responses and quick with the job. The price was really reasonable too in comparison with other services looked into. I can’t recommend it enough.

Brilliant thoughtful advice
Ryan was absolutely brilliant. I had a million questions about my MacBook Pro 13” mid 2012 model running super slow. Ryan had all the answers and provided me with plenty of options to decide from depending on my budget and what I use my MacBook for.
The speed of my laptop had be driving me crazy for so long and I’d looked into options myself, But I’m so glad I went with Ryan. The service was very professional and informative, I could tell I was in safe hands. The turn around was very quick and he kept me updated through the whole process.

Ryan is absolutely amazing and really helped me when I was in a huge bind. My phone had broken the day before and I had gone looking for help on Sunday. However, everywhere was closed! Because our first experience was so good, my husband took his phone to Ryan when it broke, and again the repair was done in a day. Ryan also advised me to use glass screen protectors on the iphone and they have been great too.

I brought my MacBook Air 13 inch into Ryan because my screen was stripey all down one side (damaged), Ryan’s quote was very reasonable for a proper MacBook screen replacement (which was what I needed) and I had it back within a week, so much faster than the apple store offered me and much more convenient with the lack of appointment needed! It has been working perfectly ever since. Ryan was very efficient, he communicated well and kept me up to date with progress. He also explained all my options to me before he carried out the work. My experience with I Repair Mac’s...well, what can I say?
In a word. Exceptional!
If using a few more words...oh how I wish some larger businesses came even close to the quality of service that I was given.
At 58 and knowing practically nothing about the workings of my trusty friend, an old and badly battered 2009 MacBook Pro 17”, I asked Ryan what could be done to upgrade any bits and bobs to make it behave in a somewhat snappier fashion.
A quick diagnosis and I had a short list of options showing costs, benefits and what I could realistically expect in the way of a performance boost from each.
After a few questions, I had no hesitation leaving him to work his what turned out to be ‘magic’.
Within the timeframe and budget quoted, I found myself with what feels and works like a new machine, certainly snappier than it ever was when new, quieter too!
Now, I mentioned being 58 and not having much computer savvy, I have popped into the store on a few occasions since for a bit of guidance on the new operating system, not strictly what Ryan signed up for when he undertook the repair, I have tried to keep my questions short. This has allowed me to witness a few other clients coming and going, his patience, knowledge, and general ability to walk a person through the machinations of how to get the best result for them, not himself, has me wanting to suggest one more word, keeping in mind that when you work with him you get what you pay for and more.

Excellent quality and service
I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and speed of service from I Repair Macs. The battery on my MacBook Pro had been going for sometime. When I contacted them about the issue, they were extremely clear about the process and cost of replacing the battery and even managed to provide me with a temporary replacement battery while waiting for the new parts. Excellent work, speed and pricing.
Sidenote: when working on my computer, they discovered another minor issue that was speedily communicated to me and a highly reasonable price offered given the ongoing work. I would definitely go back.

I was very pleased with the customer service and while I was waiting for my new battery to come in, Ryan installed an interim one so that I could still use my computer which was a life saver. I don’t as a rule give perfect scores which is why this is only a four star but I would recommend this company to anyone with a problem with their Mac.

Macbook Pro was repeatedly crashing having never been serviced before. I took it to Ryan at I Repair Mac’s and he was very honest and transparent about the possible causes and likely costs to repair. He was very quick in identifying the issue so really worth popping in if you want to sense check what this issues may be. Really appreciated his flexibility on what repairs could be done within my budget and the laptop is now running perfectly. In the end, he even did a few additional jobs at no extra cost. Ryan understands the frustrations of people who think logically, were born before laptops and computers became standard equipment in schools and who weren’t born with a laptop in their cot. I depend on my laptop and Ryan was not only able to calm a very frustrated customer down (me) butr he also reassured me that there was actually nothing wrong with my laptop, thus saving me a bill I’d willingly have paid him, I can only give 4 out of 5 Stars as he didn’t actually DO anything! - however I’m sure that if in the future I go to him with a problem that actually needs fixing (other than my own mental attitude) I’m absolutely confident he’ll do a 5 Star job.

I bought a new iPad Mini screen was broken. The LCD or back panel behind that glass was fine and I was told that just the glass will need to be replaced. Although I had considered doing the repair myself I realised that it was a very intricate job which needed expert attention. That was the reason I had taken it to I Repair Mac’s to do the job for me.
The service I received from this company was fantastic. They were very open and honest about their pricing and also what they were going to do. You could tell this company really understood the business they were in and tailored their service to meet my needs.
When I got my device back it was as if nothing had happened to it and looked brand new. I tested the device in the shop and it was fully functional, I did not lose any of the functionality. I left the shop very happy!
I admired the honesty, the price and the quality of work done and I would highly recommend I Repair Mac’s to anyone who needed an Apple device repaired.

My 3 and a half year old MacBook had been painfully grinding to a halt and after a visit to these guys it has been reincarnated into a super fast machine again and now behaves like a brand new laptop 🙂 Very knowledgable, cheerful and helpful service. 6 months ago I cracked my iPad screen and took it to a shop in Bromley. They replaced it with cheap glass that recently broke again. Last week then I took it to Ryan at ‘i repair mac’s’ and he did a great job. He knows what he is doing and he uses good quality materials, plus he is friendly and professional. He even took the time to remove some glue from my iPad that the previous shop had used under the sides of the screen. I wish that I came to Ryan in the first place, but never too late!
