Mac Repairs During the Coronavirus Lockdown in London & UK
We advise all customers to follow "Social Distancing" measures as advised by the UK Government.
We Are Open
We are OPEN for repairs during the Coronavirus outbreak. We have had a higher volume of support calls because technology has become such an important tool during the Coronavirus outbreak. Many key workers need to have their laptop, smartphone or tablet to work in order to do their jobs.
We often have accidents happen or things go wrong when we are stressed, anxious or busy. We often use the phrase “sods law” because we have have spilt coffee on the MacBook or dropped the iPad when we are stressed.
In situations like these, we will do our best to help you as much as we can.
Changes in Service Delivery
Even though we are OPEN, we are not open like normal.
We are not coming into our workplace on a daily basis. We are using our discretion when it comes to taking on jobs in terms due parts availability and many other factors. Most importantly, we also receive the laptop by appointment, using any number of methods including couriers and personal collection and delivery. This can mean you booking a courier and sending it to us. It can also mean you dropping it to us, or us collecting it from you. It just depends on many factors, including distance, availability of couriers, cost etc.
Our prices are EXACTLY THE SAME as before, and for many repairs its less than before. Importantly, we have a special pricing for NHS staff and all key workers. We will publish this information shortly. Until this information is published, we will offer a discretionary discount to NHS staff and key workers.
