Is it true you offer an equipment rental service?
We have a discretationary equipment rental service on repairs that may take longer time due to parts availability and delivery. We are one of a few Apple repair services in London that can provide this service. It is subject to availability and cost. Please talk to us if you feel you may be interested in loan equipment service.
What products do you repair?
We only repair Apple products. Amongst the Apple products we repair iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and iMacs.
Do you repair Windows laptops?
No. We do not repair Windows machines.
Do you offer students discounts?
Yes, we do. We provide £25 discount on the actual cost of repair. We do not discount the diagnosis.
What should I do before handing over my device?
Whilst your device is in safe hands with us, you can back-up your device and reset back to the factory settings before hand for security purposes if you wish. We need access to your device so we can test your device's repair thoroughly before handing back to you.
If I use your service will this void my Manufacturer’s warranty?
Like most third-party repair services, use of our service can void your manufacturer’s warranty.
Are you an Apple authorised supplier?
I Repair Mac's is the alternative repair service to Apple and it's subsidiary suppliers. We are an express repair service that utilises the highest quality parts.
Are I Repair Mac's screens original Apple parts?
We are an alternative repair service to Apple and use the highest quality non-manufacturer alternative components and parts, all of which are QC tested.
